Digital Maturity Benchmark

The Digital Maturity Benchmark uses a maturity model developed jointly by KJR, the Chair in Digital Economy at QUT, with input from key industry partners.  The model consists of six digital capability indicators and seven digital impact indicators, focusing on the attributes required to become a purposeful, and ultimately transformative, digital organisation.

The maturity model has been developed through extensive literature review and industry and expert panel consultation. The goal of the Digital Maturity Benchmark is to help organisations identify strengths and weaknesses in their digital maturity from a holistic, value-centric perspective. With greater understanding of the factors which may block success,  organisations are enabled to undertake digital transformation initiatives with greater clarity and purpose.
